UP$CALE $TREETWEAR reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in certain circumstances, including suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect pricing, item unavailability, or other circumstances that may prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, an appropriate refund will be issued.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

UP$CALE $TREETWEAR operates using a supplier-to-customer fulfilment process. Items are sourced and shipped to us by our supplier before being inspected, packaged, and dispatched to the customer.

Customers should allow approximately 10–20 business days from the date of purchase for delivery.

Once an order has been dispatched from UP$CALE $TREETWEAR, delivery through Aramex is generally expected to take approximately 1–2 business days, depending on location and courier conditions.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to suppliers, courier services, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

5. Returns & Refunds
