Shipping Policy

At UP$CALE $TREETWEAR, each order is carefully prepared and packaged before being sent to you.

Processing & Delivery Time

UP$CALE $TREETWEAR operates on a supplier-to-customer fulfilment process. Once your order is placed, your item is first sourced and shipped to us by our supplier. After we receive and inspect your order, it is carefully packaged and dispatched to you.

Please allow 10–20 business days from the date of purchase for your order to be delivered.

This timeframe includes the time required for your item to arrive from our supplier, as well as final processing and delivery to you.

Once your order has been dispatched from us, delivery via Aramex is generally expected to take approximately 1–2 business days, depending on your location and courier conditions.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by supplier delays, courier delays, public holidays, weather, or circumstances outside of UP$CALE $TREETWEAR’s control.

Shipping Fees

A standard shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free shipping is available on orders of R2,000 or more.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched to you, tracking information will be provided where applicable.

Please note that tracking may only become available once your order has been received by us and handed over to the courier.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery details are correct before completing your order.

UP$CALE $TREETWEAR cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

If you realise that your delivery information is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist before your order is dispatched.

Delays

While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframe, occasional delays can occur during the supplier or courier process.

If your order exceeds the estimated 10–20 business day timeframe, please contact us with your order number and we will assist you with an update.

International Shipping

UP$CALE $TREETWEAR currently ships within South Africa only.

International shipping may be introduced in the future.
